Hi, I’m Chris, a passionate strategic operations, delivery, and client success leader with over a decade of experience in Tech, B2B SaaS, and Healthcare among other verticals. Together, we launched over $40M in ARR with an average time to revenue of 90 days, well ahead of the 120-day company target. Wore many hats (and crushed it): Stepped in as interim Director of Business Systems at CareRev and got to work launching the first-ever CSAT program, redesigned the support ticketing system to surface insights that let to cutting inbound case volume by 30%(coining the term “the best support case is the one that never had to happen”), and identified bloat within system contracts and successfully renegotiated them, ultimately eliminating $1.2M in annual operational overhead.
