About Chris Losper

I have worked in Learning and Development for over 12 years in both the Banking and Insurances Services. Throughout my time my focus and passion has been to deliver business training solutions that allow colleagues to develop and maximise their potential and as a result providing great customer service My motivation and job satisfaction has always come from watching people develop and succeed in their chosen career and it is something I would love to continue to do through facilitation and coaching using the wide range of skills that I have developed as a Learning and Development Professional. During my career my strong communication skills has been a major influence in working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver a wide variety of sessions / courses which have including systems training, telephony skills as well personal development. These courses have ranged from Inductions for Motor and Home Sales & Services to bytes size modules across the whole of the insurance business on topics such as Creative Thinking and Consultancy 101. More recently I delivered a new IT platform to all Sales and Colleagues both on a face to face basis and virtually.
