As a Corporate Safety Professional over the past 20 years I have developed several behavior based safety programs with great success. Leader and Trainer over all employees from the Plant Manager to Temp employees. Conducting plant safety audits along with Environmental compliance and programs that have reduced emissions and overall cost reductions. Through these programs employee safety has increased and record-able rates remain below national standards in both SIC / NAICS for manufacturing in NA(TRIR/DART), all while maintaining and improving on current employee "buy in" and work on Safety, Security and Environmental impacts. As a certified ISO 45001/14001 auditor I have helped the implementation and sustainability of ISO 45001/14001/17001. Working to ensure our CRS aligns with reducing our GHG by 5% annually through outsource, waste to energy and local contacts.
