Enterprise Client Services Manager with 6+ years of experience in the software industry working with enterprise accounts (including 7 Fortune 100 companies) via different roles such as client success, sales, and sales engineering. In my current role, I am responsible for owning the full services lifecycle for enterprise clients — from handling contract proposals and negotiations to overseeing project development and ongoing support. I manage a dedicated team of four client operations professionals, including one direct and three indirect reports. My professional belief is that extraordinary outcomes stem from a foundation of genuine passion for what you do and empathy towards those you do it with. Outside of work, you can usually find me near a body of water, on the golf course, or recovering after another tough weekend for my Gators and Jaguars.
