I've been with the Westpac Group for over 12 years and am proud to be managing the Perth Office branch in the CBD. Starting as a teller back in 2010 in the CBD branch, I have worked in many roles within the Westpac branch network and have run a number of high performing teams over this time. Allowing me to build upon my skills in leadership and management, resilience, public speaking and mentoring teams just to name a few. I am focused on helping all Westpac customers work towards their financial goals. Over my journey I have learnt you can not have a successful team without an engaged and happy team. So importantly my focus is on driving team culture to deliver a great customer experience as part of a successful business. One of my biggest work accomplishments is receiving the All Star Award in 2017 and 2019. Also getting the chance to return to where I started and taking over the Flagship site for Westpac WA in the CBD.
