About Chris Maimone

The automotive industry has been my passion and career for 13 years. I first began my career at Marcos Collision Centers. I learned the critical elements of sustaining a strong culture and operational systems for coaching. I used these skills to help coach a quality-oriented mindset. Following my time with Marco's, I was positioned with Service King Collision Centers. I used my strong background to help create a quality-oriented mindset within their Southern California market. In 2016 I was promoted to quality assurance team lead for the western united states. From 2017 to 2018, I was on the Program Advisory Committee Board at Universal Technical Institute in Long Beach, California. With the help of other industry leaders, we gave recommendations on how to improve their curriculum. I looked to help motivate their students and assisted with jump-starting their careers. From 2018 to 2020, I was on the Board of Directors for Acquisitions and construction projections with the Maimone Group and LM Properties. In 2021, I worked with a three-location collision center, and my goal was to improve their processes and teach a quality first mindset. In 2022 I was featured in Fender Bender Magazine and have also been hosting monthly podcasts. This November, I will be speaking at SEMA in Las Vegas.
