Throughout an expansive career with General Mills, I strategically drove results across multiple environments, including manufacturing plants, R&D facilities, and corporate offices. By collaborating with colleagues across the globe, I deliver reduced rates of consumer complaints, advance food safety cultures, improve sanitation excellence, and increase system reliability.Known for my ability to holistically assess food manufacturing facilities, staff, and FSQ management programs, I quickly identify gaps and formulate action plans to address opportunities. With early career experience within several functions – Operations, Engineering and Maintenance - I am skilled at understanding multiple perspectives and clearly communicate how solutions are mutually advantageous. As a Consultant, I work closely with all levels of the organization to understand Food Safety and Quality opportunities. With a strong passion for manufacturing, I understand the importance of spending time on the floor where products are being made in order to fully understand issues and their root causes. I am often asked to coach and mentor Food Safety and Quality staff, especially early-career managers. Going forward, I will continue to protect consumers and brands by driving food safety and quality improvement.
