About Chris Malcolm

Chris Malcolm is the Director of Compliance & Projects. In this position he works with the Senior Management Team and the CEO to plan policy and guidelines that represent best practices in the Healthcare Industry. He leads his team of 700+ professionals using virtual meeting, policy creation and educational activities. He continues to direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of the protocols and policies. His experience in the industry prepared him to guide his team through the pandemic. Chris has over 25 years' experience in the healthcare industry. His experiences include extensive administrative, clinical, radiation safety and occupational health & safety understanding while working within diagnostic imaging and ambulatory healthcare facilities. Being a former technologist affords him unique insight into the field of medical imaging. He is qualified to provide guidance, training and performance assessment. His additional training in IT, patient care and other modalities allowed him the opportunity to plan and construct complete imaging centres throughout North America. He enjoys working in a team environment allowing him to use his ability to evaluate situations, solve problems and make sound decisions in maintaining departmental and organizational vision and goals. His style is to nurture working relationships by treating others with respect, dignity and compassion.
