In my current role as Scheduling Group Lead I am accountable for ensuring my team and I develop, execute and deliver all Turnaround and Event schedules across all areas of the Refinery including FCCU, distillation, chemical, power former, utilities units and ethylene steam cracking plants. Technically proficient with advanced proven ability in Primavera P6, Deltek Acumen, Team Member, Oracle Analytics, Schedule Risk Analysis and Prometheus. In my role as a lead turnaround scheduler I played a pivotal role in planning and executing large-scale projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and maintaining strict timelines. Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills have allowed me to identify potential bottlenecks and devise effective strategies to mitigate risks and maximize productivity. As a supervisor, I excel in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Through my strong interpersonal skills and effective communication, I have empowered team members to achieve their full potential, while providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.
