About Chris Marshall

I'm an Edinburgh based change leader with a swiss army knife skillset for getting things done and projects delivered. I know how asset management firms tick, having a wealth of experience working with everyone from the investment floor to back office operations. I understand how important the whole ecosystem working in harmony is and the impact change can have on it. This helps me to implement change well. I have a wealth of experience delivering change in a wide variety of project situations, everything from process redesign to leading project teams that have changed the structure of the business. The work I get involved in delivers tangible results and better outcomes for our clients. I love to draw out and visualise new business concepts and architecture, most people who know me professionally will have experienced some of my visualisation skills at some point - I'm a strong believer that a picture tells a thousand words, especially if you can back it up with some interesting metrics and stats! I regularly mentor colleagues on change and take pride in developing the skillsets of those I manage.
