I am a Renewals Manager at Workday, a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. With over eight years of experience in service operations analytics and maintenance renewals, I have developed core competencies in communication, data analytics, and performance dashboards. I also hold certifications in Tableau, Business Development, and Negotiation from LinkedIn, which enhance my ability to deliver insights, solutions, and value to our clients and partners. In my current role, I partner and support the Customer Base Sales teams to close renewals and upsell business in a timely and efficient manner. I manage a pipeline of large deals, prepare proposals, review contracts, and work closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with company guidelines and policies. I also provide guidance on renewal strategy and increase value-based renewal pricing.
