Previously, as a Business Systems Analyst at Canfor, I played a pivotal role in providing technical support for Canfor's Canadian Sawmill Operations and advising in improving data collection and reporting systems, which was instrumental in advancing the company's digital transformation initiatives. This experience solidified my proficiency in working with a large user base with varying technical and system demands.
