About Chris Maybray

I enjoy working in Service Delivery and have been in management positions for the last 24 years. I have managed and developed multiple Service Desks and Service Delivery teams, both small and large (up to 85 members of staff), in both co-located and offsite locations. I have developed SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s within multiple companies and been responsible for developing business objectives around service. I have worked in ITIL environments and MSP’s for many years. I enjoy people management. I have significant experience of performance management including individual and team KPI’s, linked to business objectives, including reward and recognition, and most recently gamification. I have managed people from an apprentice level through to Middle Management, and have developed recruitment and induction processes. I also have a variety of disciplinary and redundancy experience. I would describe myself as controlled and used to exercising this in consistently high pressure environments. I am hard-working, very reliable, resourceful and thorough. I enjoy helping people develop and enjoy coaching and mentoring as part of that development.
