I am an enthusiastic, experienced and objective driven Facilities Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex engineering projects and systems safely, on time and to budget. I have been involved in the delivery of first time, one of a kind innovative structures, implementation of new companywide systems while overseeing departmental health and safety policies and documentation. I am very personable and approachable which gives me an ability to relate and easily communicate with people on all levels within an organization. I am not scared by difficult situations within business and see these as exciting tasks to challenge myself and develop my skills as an engineer and a member of management. I am extremely interested in furthering my knowledge and education within the field of engineering and am constantly learning new manufacturing techniques and production methods. March 2021 - Port Facility Security Officer training successfully completed and now Company PFSO and responsible for on site Security. 2013 - I Project Managed of the creation of a new Paint & Blast Facility with two Rubb Buildings which we have the abilities to lift using our two Gantry cranes. This was the first time a building had been manufactured to be lifted. The two buildings are 35m long, 30m wide and 12m tall, placed on a steelwork frame with 800T of ballast, creating an internal height of 20m. I was in control of the structural design, manufacture, civil works, steel erection, onsite installation, service installation and lifting beam and equipment.
