My passion is designing strategic solutions, processes, and development of best practices for enterprise level improvement, education, growth and retention. My ideal role would be leading an Enterprise Quality Development team where my background and experience in quality and project design coupled with process documentation and standards adherence can be leveraged fully. My supporting skills and talents:Leadership~I have been a "servant leader" for over 25 years following the philosophies of Simon Sinek and applying these to my official leadership duties as well as leading without authority when needed. I am currently leading three different teams/organizations for three different disciplines where I plan/strategize from the day-to-day to long term goals. I manage leadership teams providing guidance and direction to meet our goals. Trainer/Mentor~I have been a teacher/trainer/mentor for over 25 years designing curriculum, providing or as a guest for seminars between 10-50 attendees, and individual mentees. Designed and implemented training processes as well as ranking structures and certifications for knowledge and capability. Studied Adult Learning Model, Pedagogy/Andragogy, and ADDIE model to apply to my designs. Utilize conceptual approach to help build relational connections between new material and common / prior knowledge.Facilitation~Leading group engagements and training sessions, daily stand-ups, and being the spokesperson for the initiative or department. Bringing the charm and personality to assist with engagement and adoption of directives from Senior Leadership.QA/Test~As a QA Test Engineer I've been designing, implementing, and educating on Quality Testing processes and methods using industry standards and product specifications. Booking of testing processes for efficiency across multiple device types using similar components and outputs. Design and implementation of hardware test fixtures. Audio~Audio Engineer, producer, composer, musician, vocalist, guitarist, percussionist, bassist, and all around tech nerd when it comes to music production and creation for everyone from the home studio to the professional. Expert level with Logic Pro and capable with Garage Band, Cakewalk and AudacityVideo~NAB Award winning Videographer / Video Editor with over 20 years experience working with NLE systems to create visual art, visual storytelling, and bringing to life visions with moving imagery. Expert level with Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
