I take my role as a leader seriously, bringing a human-centred approach with a keen focus on performance and accountability. Organizations are ultimately made up of its people and its up to the people on how processes are made and followed, and which tools are best leveraged to accomplish objectives. The right people and teams are the key determinants of whether a company performs at or above its peers. This doctrine has helped me be successful as I've built numerous high-performance teams from the ground up and implemented transformational changes with existing teams.
