With over 28 years of experience in the wholesale and retail industry, I am a Senior Manager at Direct Wholesale Outlet, a company that provides goods to various retail markets, including collegiate and greek stores across the U.S. I started my career as a Store Manager at Gray's College Bookstore, Inc. and then became the Director of Operations at Gray's Holdings Co. LLC, one of the largest family-owned college bookstore chains in the country. My core competencies include product design, development, import, licensing and royalties of goods, as well as website management, order processing, vendor relations and marketing. I also oversee human resource responsibilities, such as payroll administration, health and dental benefits, 401k administration, scheduling and performance evaluations. I am passionate about creating value for our customers, vendors, and employees by offering quality products, competitive prices, and exceptional service. I also aim to foster a positive and productive company culture and promote charity and goodwill to the communities we serve.
