I am Chris Moreno, a Business Development Manager with a decade of experience shaped by hard work and perseverance. My journey began in 2012 as a technician with All Nation Restoration, where I took on every role to help grow the company to 50 employees. I developed systems, policies, and leadership strategies that ensured the company’s health, profitability, and five-star customer service. In 2022, recognizing the power of digital marketing, I co-founded RepLock Marketing to help small businesses dominate their markets. This venture allows me to apply my expertise in creating opportunities for others and driving business growth. I believe in servant leadership—success is best achieved together. My goal is to empower those I work with, reflecting my belief that a rising tide lifts all ships. My colleagues often joke about asking themselves, “What would Chris do?” This reputation as a problem solver and resource is one I’m proud to uphold. My greatest achievement is the life I’ve built for my family. Starting with nothing in 2012, I am now a proud husband and father of three. Family and attitude are my core values, driving every decision I make. I believe in maintaining positivity, as it opens doors and leaves lasting impressions. While people may forget what you’ve done, they will always remember how you made them feel. Today, I balance my roles at All Nation Restoration and RepLock Marketing, leveraging my skills to ensure both companies thrive. My vision is to expand their reach, helping more businesses achieve their goals while creating opportunities for others.
