I am a subject matter expert in the design, tooling fabrication, and manufacturing of thin gauge rigid thermoforming packaging for consumer goods, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed performance expectations. I have successfully managed and executed multiple global projects, including thermoforming machine installations, in collaboration with internal and external partners. I have also been recognized with four prestigious awards for my design excellence and innovation in the healthcare packaging field. I am proficient in various software tools, such as Solidworks, Excel, Project, and process mapping software. I hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, and Mindful Leadership.
