About Chris Moser

I am convinced that when individuals, in any context, achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and feel comfortable, they will contribute more positively to the well-being of others and attain better results. I am dedicated to facilitating this. I love guiding leaders and teams to connect with their personal and professional purpose, as this cultivates a culture of collaboration and direction, setting the stage for transformative change. Driven by a deep curiosity about what inspires and motivates individuals and organizations, I bring clarity, focus, and alignment to ensure that results are achieved purposefully. Leveraging my understanding of both the structural and human facets of organizations, I cultivate connections across all levels. My ability to address unspoken issues and incorporate humor to tackle challenges fosters a safe and engaging atmosphere for dialogue, driving profound transformation. Throughout my career, I have held diverse roles, including facilitator of culture and leadership change, team leader, customer experience consultant, and project manager, both as an employee and as a self-employed professional. My experience spans multiple industries, including the public sector, healthcare, hospitality, startups, scale-ups, and large corporations. Furthermore, I am intrigued by how the physical environment affects the people within it. I believe this impact is substantial. As an interior and Feng Shui specialist, I have successfully facilitated the design and renovation of homes and workplaces. Resulting in conscious living and work environments.
