About Chris Munyon

After graduating at North Hollywood High School, I enrolled at Sound Master Audio/Visual Institute to study Sound Engineering. Upon completion of my studies, I secured an entry level position with Rumbo Recorders. I was promoted to Assistant Engineer within my first year. I worked with amazing Musicians, Producers, and Recording Engineers on some incredible projects. In 1997 I was offered an opportunity with Warner Bros. Studios as a Sound Trainee. In three years, I worked my way up from a Sound Trainee to Re-Recording Engineer. As a Re-Recording Engineer on Warner Bros. Foley Stage, I worked in a team of three, myself and two Foley Artist. We were responsible for the re-creating and recording of synchronized sound effects for television and film. In my time with Warner Bros, I was privileged to be nominated multiple times for my work by the M.P.S.E. After 10 years with Warner Bros. I obtained my real estate license and focused my energies on Commercial Real Estate. I worked 9 years as a Commercial Real Estate Agent licensed in Florida and California. I specialized in investment sales, development, and leasing. I moved to Manatee County, FL in 2017. I was fortunate to earn an opportunity to work with Manatee County in the Land Acquisitions Division as a Real Property Specialist. I was then offered a position with Sarasota County as a Right of Way Agent in their Property Management Division. I returned to Manatee County to work as a Redevelopment Coordinator in Manatee County’s Economic Development Division. I have been given a wonderful opportunity to work as the CRA Manager at the City of Bradenton. I look forward to working with everyone at the City and doing my part to serve the citizens of Bradenton.
