I’m a commercially driven CEO who builds scalable, profitable businesses at the intersection of retail, technology and telecoms. Over the past decade I’ve led iSmash from start-up to the UK’s largest tech-repair chain with 38 locations, £17m revenue and over 2 million customers, culminating in a successful sale to Assurant Inc. in 2024. I thrive in environments where strategy and execution need to meet fast: designing growth plans, building leadership teams, and forging partnerships that unlock new value. My approach combines entrepreneurial agility with investor discipline. I’m data-driven, transparent, and people-centred. Previous roles at Carphone Warehouse, TalkTalk and West One Technology gave me the foundations in multi-channel retail, telecoms and digital operations that I’ve since applied to scaling and exiting consumer tech businesses.
