Lucky to have a diverse background working many unique positions within the high pressure logistics and service industry for iconic brands such as FedEx and Roadway Express and now Carvana. Starting my career at the bottom and working my way up has allowed me to learn and grow many important skill sets. I have been fortunate to work within field and corporate environments alike but always driving to provide excellent service to my customers. My background spans the very technical aspects of logistics to executive management of large P&L's. Top three things I try to keep in mind.(1) There is always a better way, you just have to find it.(2) Teams beat individuals no matter how smart individuals think they are, and (3) Be straight and honest with others.
