I have been developing technical skills, qualifications, and expertise since My journey began with earning a degree in Network Security Technology and gaining hands-on experience as a PC/MAC/Networking Specialist at CompUSA. Over the years, I have served as a web administrator for multiple churches and organizations, providing personal and professional technical support while building a strong foundation in IT operations and infrastructure. My career has included roles in full-time ministry, where I not only worked as a Student Pastor but also as a Technology Coordinator, assisting the church and local community businesses with their IT needs. This dual focus allowed me to blend technical knowledge with leadership and mentorship, delivering impactful solutions to those I served. At National Instruments, I advanced my expertise by managing accounts, supporting Active Directory, and training new hires in a corporate desktop support environment. This experience solidified my ability to manage enterprise-level systems while fostering team development. Currently, at IBM, I have progressed through various impactful roles: Apple Advisor for Mac@IBM Help Desk: Provided expert support for Mac systems, contributing to a global enterprise environment. Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert for Win10@IBM Help Desk: Led efforts to address complex technical issues, creating focused teams to improve resolution efficiency and quality. Manager of the Win10@IBM Help Desk and Manager of the Mac@IBM Help Desk: Oversaw team operations, implementing Agile practices to enhance productivity and service delivery while mentoring over 50 agents across global teams. Today, I am an Infrastructure Engineer and Architect within the Developer Experience group at IBM. I lead projects in cloud infrastructure automation, Kubernetes deployments, and CI/CD pipeline creation, reducing deployment times and streamlining operations. My passion for continuous learning and technical innovation drives me to seek opportunities where I can contribute to building efficient, secure, and scalable systems.
