For nearly a decade I have successfully managed a vast assortment of teams and projects and the highlights of my experience include: 18 years experience using tact and diplomacy to appropriately lead and improve relationships with other people as a way to build and develop mutual respect, which in turn, helped lead to more successful outcomes and less difficult or stressful communications. Total dedication to staying up-to-date and knowledgeable in my area of responsibility around key procedures and practices not limited to warehouse fundamentals and inventory management. Thoroughly and conscientiously recorded and presented performance highlights and opportunities and maintained lists of key performance indicators (KPI). Extensive training in all aspects of inventory management using a vast array of auditing tools and totally embraced these strategies as well as any new changes to these strategies to consistently exceed all expectations.
