Chris, or Newk as most people refer to me as, got my start at a small town newspaper as a Graphic Artist designing local car dealerships ads. While not the glamorous agency work I had heard about in College, it helped me hone my Photoshop 4, Illustrator 3 and, ahem, Quark 3.1 skills that would assist in the graphic production roles later in my career.
