You know that wonderful feeling you get when you can get out of the house for a few hours and run errands or take time to walk your dog? Or the thrill of being able to attend a charity function that is near and dear to your heart when it takes place mid-day? That is the feeling of FREEDOM for me! Though, some days, I may work more than I would at any full-time job, the ability to live life to the fullest is what makes me feel FREE! I find motivation in what I refer to as the five freedoms: Financial Freedom (for now and for the future). Location Freedom (live and work from wherever I want and is best for me). Time Freedom (flexibility with my schedule). Freedom of Association (focus on the clients I want to work with). Freedom of Purpose (do the work I love and that I’m good at). There are always ups and downs, and what keeps me going strong is the certainty that I’m doing meaningful work—that helps people expand their mind and reach their goals. Because in addition to growing my B2B business, I've got the freedom to build an amazing team—to counsel like-minded individuals to start or grow their own business. Helping sales professionals transform into sales entrepreneurs is FREEDOM OF PURPOSE for me! I have enjoyed many executive positions throughout my career in B2B sales, Sales Team Management, Entrepreneurship Coaching. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully scale and optimize product/service portfolios - I put the customer at the center of all that I do - I excel at the execution of big ideas with given constraints - My gut instinct is good but I seek data for my decisions I can align, lead and grow world-class teams - I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy - I tell great narratives that motivate - The buck always stops with me I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person - I am constantly learning because I never settle - I stay calm when faced with adversity - I focus on making high-quality decisions Let’s connect!
