Accomplished Professional Engineer with 28 years of experience in solid and liquid waste management in the municipal, industrial, and oil/gas sectors. I have a passion for process improvement and the utilization of data to improve efficiency and planning. Instrumental in the success of one of the most successful, if not the best, impaired water recycling team in the Marcellus Shale basin. I have a demonstrated, and frequently called-on, expertise in Geosynthetic liner system design and construction for large-volume wastewater storage projects that are able to demonstrate 100% regulatory compliance, while other operators have chosen to avoid trying the same. Also responsible for the management of various projects and contracts, including design and proposal development for large scale beneficial reuse projects, ongoing management of remedial investigations/site characterization/ assessment projects, and permitting while continually adapting to an ever-changing regulatory environment. Experienced in managing simultaneous critical projects. Able to manage competing demands which include oversight, quality control, general regulatory compliance reporting, design improvements, construction management, and documentation. Lastly, I manage the Sound mitigation program for drilling and completions operations for an operator in the Marcellus shale basin. This work includes understanding and adapting to multiple township ordinances that differ greatly. I perform sound modeling, design appropriate mitigation, and oversee the installation and tear-down of mitigation strategies.
