I currently lead a consulting team of 24 Benefits Consultants, supporting them outside of their project work, guiding career development, handling conflicts, managing the demands of the role. Why join my team? Leadership. My team comes first. I will have your back no matter what. I have the skills to be hands-on, but I'm not a micromanager. I want to empower my team to work autonomously confidently. Growth. I've been here for 7 years and have been supported in the professional path I've chosen. I want to do the same for my people. I am huge lover and Music and Sports. I wear my emotions on my sleeve and always trying to keep that in mind every day. Success for me is seeing other succeed directly from my support and guidance. Teamwork. I've learned how to manage a virtual team - this isn't new at Ceridian - as I've had teams spread all over North America. I use collaboration tools to ensure there is a strong sense of camaraderie regardless of borders.
