I am currently working on the Northern Endeavour as a service tech for Monadelphous with +15 years’ experience in construction and maintenance across offshore, and onshore downstream Oil and Gas sectors within Australia and overseas. Having held Leading Hand roles for 12 years’ and completing a certificate IV in OH & S accompanied with a Bachelor Degree in Communications, I am a highly motivated worker who is task and goal driven. I am passionate about my craft and look forward to a new career prospect within the industry. I believe my experience to date would be of great value to become and excellent fit within the team. Below I have outlined the key areas of my expertise;• Highly experienced with module and mechanical assembly,process piping installation and reading and interpreting structural and isometric drawings.• Review planning and scheduling documentation and identify ambiguities, risks and key issues to be considered by the project execution team. Work cooperatively with a team to accomplish project goals.• Ensure that all project, engineering and procurement planning and scheduling information is available to service construction needs. Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements.• Analysing qualitative or quantitative data, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for action regarding planning/scheduling.• Coordinating and leading site rigging teams, directly communicating needs and timelines, focusing people on tackling prioritized items first, ensuring on-time availability of critical materials and resources, providing technical and procedural guidance and support, measuring performance and taking accountability for outcomes• Detailed working knowledge of the hazards and dangers in high risk work areas and working from heights, maintaining strict compliance with all HSE policies and procedures, and holding meaningful safety interactions to increase awareness and overall safety performance.• Examining loads, conducting routine maintenance checks to ensure the integrity and safe operability of rigging and working at heights equipment, and identifying and utilising the required resources to solve technical rigging problems
