I am an experienced Senior Project Manager having worked in program/project management roles for over 35 years, with a consistent track record of delivery. I have a broad experience across a number of industries including Banking and Finance, Education and Government. Successfully applying these skills to achieve and deliver results for both Business and IT. Often acting as an effective bridge between the two. I use a pragmatic/consultative style in order to achieve results, ensuring that what needs to be done is done. I utilise a pro-active, solution focused approach with excellent relationship building skills and have the ability to lead and motivate others. A number of the projects have been extremely complex, including a number of large Global Project, which were successfully deployed across Asia Pacific. My core competencies include program and project management, coaching and mentoring, project management office, stakeholder engagement across all levels, service delivery management, process alignment and knowledge transfer. Another key area of work is Program Management Office, where I have created and deployed a number of Project Management Frameworks. I have worked with a number of high profile clients in creating, reviewing and implementing effective Project Delivery environments.
