With over 15 years of work experience, I am a versatile and skilled professional who can handle both sprinkler fitting and sales management roles. Currently, I am the Sales Manager at Custom Fire & Sprinkler Services Ltd, where I lead a team of sales representatives and oversee the sales operations for fire safety products and services. I am responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching new and existing sales staff, as well as managing the sales budget, pipeline, and contracts. I have successfully increased the sales revenue and customer satisfaction by implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships, and delivering high-quality solutions. I am passionate about fire safety and sales, and I enjoy working in dynamic and challenging environments. I have a Hospitality Management Diploma from Durham College, and I have acquired multiple skills in recruiting, sales, and sales operations.
