Expertise in multi-brand, multi-jurisdictional finance leadership, focusing on commercial business partnering and financial reporting & control, within Sarbanes-Oxley framework. Currently CFO for global staffing and resourcing group serving the mobile telecoms industry. Restructuring the financial operations within the group to support growth potential. Previously: 2.5 yrs as No. 1 finance role for pan-European recruitment business MPS (brand names Modis and Badenoch and Clark) that was acquired by Adecco. Full responsibility for commercial finance / reporting / compliance / cost reduction / restructuring - across Europe. 6.5 yrs as FD of UK recruitment company, which was sold to PE backed trade buyer in 2007.
