However, if you cannot get it to the customer when they want it, how they want it, via a cost effective mode of transportation and in good working order, they probably won't be a customer for long. That's where I come in. With 20+ years of Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain experience, I have been involved from product inception to final delivery. Whether shipping across the street or to a foreign country thousands of miles away, small package or large bulk shipments, my experience can provide the required expertise to deliver customer satisfaction at both a domestic and international level. All these factors (and more) are part of the equation that determine the best mode, best carrier and best process that will lead to final customer and business satisfaction.
