About Chris Passmore
After making myself redundant in 2006 due to the contraction of the business I was working for no longer requiring a full time HR Director, I continued to look after their ISO 9001 and 14001 Management System as a contractor and this gave me the 'spring board' to help other businesses both implement and maintain their systems too. In 2012 I took on my first employee, who is still working for the business and since then took on more staff over the years including my son to meet the expanding needs of our clients. In 2024 I sold 2sb to my son who has continued to develop the business. I have remained a Director and now work as a consultant for the business as well as undertaking a number of more community responsibilities.
