I’m a front-end developer with 21 years of experience building user interfaces across a wide range of companies. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently focused on systemising UIs through design systems, championing accessibility, and maintaining strong empathy for the user. I care deeply about the details and have a sharp eye for design and UX. I build scalable, dependable interfaces that feel consistent and inclusive by default. Accessibility has always been a priority. I’ve advocated for it across teams, including at large organisations like Qantas, helping to embed it into processes, culture, and code. Collaboration is central to my work. I’ve always worked closely with designers and care about maintaining a strong, productive relationship between design and engineering. I value sharing knowledge, supporting team growth, and writing clear, practical documentation. Quality and efficiency matter deeply to me, and I’m always looking for ways to improve both. That includes thoughtful code reviews, writing testable and maintainable code, and enhancing developer experience through smart tooling. Front-end performance is always a priority, with Core Web Vitals as a key focus.
