I am a CEO / Managing Director with a proven track-record in leading people, transforming business and maximising performance to create world-class organisations. A collaborator and a change agent, my passion lies in identifying opportunities within a company, harnessing the people who work for it and helping them deliver exceptional results for the customers they serve. I have a fundamental belief that great strategy drives great outcomes. But I believe many organisations fail to realise their full potential by neglecting to provide people with a clear vision and the tools to execute. Born and bred in the “land of the long white cloud”, I am a proud New Zealander who has had the opportunity to work across the globe with some of the smartest minds in the media, retail, FMCG research and measurement industries. I have performed senior roles for organisations operating in both mature and emerging markets and helped teams achieve outstanding outcomes in often complex and challenging environments. I have fostered innovation and driven change by helping people embrace new thinking and harnessing the best the digital world has to offer.
