Experienced Process Improvement Engineer currently working at Renishaw Woodchester, giving technical support to the assembly line. Skilled in continuous improvement activities, customer return analysis and reporting, data analysis, problem solving, high technical skills and creativity. Completed Renishaw's Manufacturing apprenticeship, also winning 2019 'Manufacturing apprentice of the year'. Finalist for Cotswold Life apprentice of the year 2018. During my apprenticeship, I spent 4 months moving around the production factory and gained a lot of manufacturing knowledge and experience. I then spent 8 months in Assembly Systems Group (ASG), where I built several test rigs which were shipped world wide to Renishaw's service centres. I then spent 6 months in the development machine shop, where I become experienced in programming on Gibbs Cam, using both Robbodrill and Mazak Nexus machine tools. Finally, I took up my the role of process improvement technician, since I have been promoted to process improvement engineer.
