I’ve spent my career immersed in the heavy industrial CNC machinery world, working across inside sales, outside sales, marketing, service management, and aftermarket sales. Along the way, I've worn many hats. At AKS Cutting Systems, I manage all things marketing—HubSpot CRM, brochures, market research, and trade shows—while also leading continuous improvement in our Service Department, managing aftermarket sales (P&L included), and overseeing IT/ERP projects. From inside sales to regional sales management. I pride myself on my process-focused approach, designing systems that improve efficiency and keep the wheels turning. My secret weapon? Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink—taking ownership of everything I do, no excuses. Whether it’s implementing service ticket systems, designing incentive structures, hiring new team members, or launching successful marketing campaigns, I aim to keep things logical, objective-based, and enjoyable. In the future, I’m committed to expanding AKS Cutting Systems while keeping it family-owned and secure. My goal is to build opportunities for my team and ensure a happy, successful path for my family and business.
