We're all aware that transitional ways of working, unconventional work groups, matrixed org charts and remote locations all provide unique challenges for leaders. All whilst we should be developing our team, managing conflict, putting out fires and traffic controlling the ever-changing priorities of an organisation mid-change? I've created a methodology that helps leaders slow down, learn the art and skill of trust and performance building that is independent of a large budget, an extra 24 hours a day or C-Suite approval.
