We conduct these classes in communities where they live and congregate including: Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Senior Centers and Churches throughout the United States. All of our classes held at senior communities are free to the public as a community outreach program. Everyone who attends the class can look forward to improving strength, balance and flexibility while boosting mood and lowering stress. Staff Fitness offers the same, proven results driven, customized group fitness classes held on-site for corporations of any size wanting to offer the life long benefit of health and fitness to its most important commodity, their employees.
