I am a lifelong resident of Manhattan Beach, California. I attended American Martyrs (1978) and then Mira Costa High School (1982). I played baseball while at MCHS with the highlight of my career playing at Dodger Stadium. I then attended El Camino JC before attending CSUDH and graduating with a BS in Business. I began my real estate journey in 1989 with Thomas & Associates. Moved to Shorewood Realtors in 1992 and achieved my Brokers license in 1997, managed the Shorewood Highland office in 2004, became Broker of Record to 275 agents/8 offices in the South Bay in 2014. Shorewood sold in 2016 so I joined the local Sotheby’s franchise and was named Broker of Record to 250 agents/7 offices. I partnered with 4 agents and opened Pacifica Properties in Manhattan Beach in 2021. I have been married to my wife Amy, who is a first grade teacher and who I met at CSUDH for 30 years. We have two wonderful boys - Nolan and Cameron. We currently reside in Manhattan Beach.
