About Chris Polson

In 2011 I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors in Political Science, eager to continue my story in the post-graduate world. I quickly fell into a career in nuclear security and the last five years have shaped me into a stronger individual than I'd ever imagined. What began as a temporary job as an unarmed officer would eventually become a full-time position as a senior alarm station operator on my shift, and I have no intention of stopping there. In addition to my normal duties and responsibilities I have volunteered for many challenges, such as becoming a field training officer and joining a secession plan to earn further experience as a supervisor. I take pride in my work, and I hold a reputation for building trust and respect among my peers and superiors. My current interests lie in applying my experience and education towards security training and the development of security programs capable of meeting the challenges ahead.
