With over 20 years of experience in the finance, entertainment, and hospitality industries, I am a versatile and dynamic leader who is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and driving positive change. Currently I am a Senior Manager at Neo Financial in Procurement, named Globe and Mail's fastest growing company in 2024! At Rated Ultra Lounge, I oversee all aspects of the business operations, from financial management and marketing to staff hiring and training. I also leverage my skills as a DJ/Producer, as part of the Red Dynasty duo, to create engaging and innovative musical content for the lounge and other platforms. I am proficient in CRM, Business Relationship Management, and Prosci Change Management, and I enjoy collaborating with other professionals and community partners to deliver high-quality service and value. Previously, I was the President and Co-Founder of the ATB Financial Emerging Leaders Network, a network that aimed to develop leadership skills and support local causes. I am proud to have received the "Strong Not Wrong" Community Partner Award for our partnership in the WISER Games 2016.
