As an Instructional Designer, I work with our client's SMEs from the acute inpatient nursing audience to develop eLearning that follows their workflows and best practices. From these knowledge shares, I will use their EMR to develop eLearning comprehensive eLearning for their end users. Once lessons are approved, I work with the LMS/Education team to deliver and upload into the client's LMS and ensure they are working as expected.
