Prior to joining Stoke Consulting, I built a career leading large-scale commercial and operational functions across manufacturing, logistics, and services. As a high energy, results & people orientated executive leader I have achieved success across director, general management & functional roles (from engineering & operations to retail, sales, marketing & logistics) in achieving profit ($440M EBIT), market share & business growth. I have been responsible for customers across 8 countries in a diversity of industries. I also created and successfully sold an e-commerce business that became an Australian category leader in its niche. Today, I lead a national team of consultants and coaches with a pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up approach to executive coaching, strategy, and transformation.
