Leading a dynamic team responsible for asset management & operation of the £575m estate. Progressing the masterplan through the design of the next consented office building. Expanding Peel L&P’s flex workspace across 3 buildings & over sq ft at MediaCity- In 2015, I joined developer, Allied London, as Director of Spinningfields, Manchester’s premier financial & legal district. During my tenure, I was promoted to Managing Director of All Work & Social & to Group Property Director, responsible for Allied London's general property activities and flexible workspace. Key role in the delivery of Booking.com & WPP pre-lettings at Enterprise City. Key role in the design & leasing of The XYZ Building, One Spinningfields and The Ivy at The Pavilion.
