Over the past eight years, I have fine-tuned a methodology that leverages AI-generated psychometric evaluations to assess and attract top candidates in line with their professional competence. We orchestrate selection processes using our campaign methodology. Our process is rigorous and precise. I don't believe in drip-feeding clients CVs; that's the name I give to the approach when you "get a CV as soon as we receive it. Thats so 1992. we provide comprehensive digital shortlists on agreed dates, adhering to a meticulously crafted project plan for each assignment and we include videos of the candidates and an evaluation based on blending the requirements from the JD, their CV, our 6 dimensions of potential evaluation and their psychometrioc profile. We orchestrate selection days that facilitate a thorough and unbiased evaluation of candidates and offer intensive support during their resignation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
