As a passionate leader, I have garnered over 25 years of experience with municipal government including 15 years as a City Manager and Assistant Police Chief. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an acumen for thought leadership, administration, managing human resources and strategic planning. I have moreover, provided valuable insights in matters of system development, emergency management, customer service, quality assurance and management reporting. My most recent achievements as City Manager at City of Nassau Bay include: • Implemented solar street light program • Completed public/private partnership to build new city hall that includes leased space • Received on behalf of the City the first ever Transparency Budget Award from the State Comptroller’s Office • Revamped and streamlined the City’s development process to include commercial re-zoning • increased City’s days of reserve from 20 to 119 days at the same time decreasing operating costs As a forward-thinker, I am always thriving and thankful for opportunities to make a difference.
