I have over 15 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, with a focus on oncology and immunology. I am also a Professional Certified Coach, with a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential and performance. My core competencies include adult learning, people development, team leadership, stakeholder management, cross-functional project leadership, coaching, strategic planning and agility, and change management. I have successfully led and executed multiple product launches, training initiatives, and coaching interventions, resulting in increased sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
